TWIST worked to provide great look and feel and also craft guidelines for a new hospitality experience. We wanted an experience that reflected the quote, “dance like no one’s watching.”

Our experience is bold, colorful, playful and enthusiastically welcoming. As the restaurant enters new markets, its cuisine and experience will be new to many patrons. The sights, sounds, smells and hospitality approach are all part of garnering a new romance with patrons.

Paladar does not imitate Latin culture in any of its dealings, as this would be counter to the brand. Rather, the Paladar experience is an upbeat, fresh American interpretation, borrowing and blending the fun and flavors of many cultures in a place that is warm, welcoming and easy to access.
