Positioning innovative multi-family brand with two words: Apartment Neighborhoods
Redwood’s product is an innovation in apartment living that is disrupting the space. TWIST wrote the brand’s
positioning, key messages, story and communications plan. We identified that these modern rental communities without common doors and attached garages were also free of so many of the pain points of a typical multi-family property. The value prop is all the benefits of a house without any of the burden of ownership. The Redwood identity was already in existence but Redwood was not the name of the properties, it was the name of the development and management company. Our team updated the existing logo, designed signage solutions for each property and built a turnkey system for the in-house marketing team.
