We are seeking an agency and client savvy senior designer (no-less than 5 years experience) who can think big picture while being detail oriented. The ideal candidate is passionate about the art and detail of design, gets brand strategy and storytelling, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will have high standards for both aesthetic quality and the impact/outcomes of your work.
At least 5 years of experience (preferably in an agency setting.)
Summary of Position:
Under the direction of the Chief Creative Officer, the Junior Copywriter supports and assists with the development of strategic concepts, key message platforms, and campaign themes. Under the direction of the Social Media Manager, the Junior Copywriter promotes the agency’s clients by contributing to social engagement strategies, working with the creative team to create content and execute a broader strategy of promotions and key messages.
While open to adaptation and evolution, below are the general duties associated with this position:
Creative Concept Development/Strategy/Brand Development:
Working directly with the Chief Creative Officer, Junior Copywriter will assist with the development of strategic concepts, key message platforms and campaign themes.
Messaging Across Multiple Channels:
Working with the Chief Creative Officer and the creative team, the Junior Copywriter will develop advertising concepts, headlines, taglines and body copy. This will also include the planning and development of messaging schedules across channels. The Junior Copywriter will be charged with developing copy themes and key messages into scripts for broadcast and digital placements.
Product & Company Naming:
Working with the Chief Creative Officer, the Junior Copywriter works to develop name concepts and taglines.
Social Media and Media Relations:
Under the direction of the Social Media Manager, the Junior Copywriter promotes the agency’s clients by contributing to social engagement strategies, working with the creative team to create content and execute a broader strategy of promotions and key messages.
Junior Copywriter will develop detail technical copy as needed for TWIST clients.
The Account Executive (AE) works with the agency’s Managing Director and Senior Account Executive in coordinating and directing all agency initiatives for clients and is responsible for the execution of all assigned work.
