Account Executive

We are seeking a motivated and organized Account Executive to assist the President in developing and advancing client relationships, vendor and partner relationships, while also acting as a strategic thinker on behalf of our clients. The Account Executive is the key liaison on projects for all agency clients, ensuring all projects are on time and on budget. Position will report directly to the President.
The main responsibility of the Account Executive is day to day project management of all client and agency projects, including brand strategies, advertising campaigns, photo and video shoots, media plans, public relations strategies and more. The Account Executive will provide updates to all necessary team members, ensure all feedback is given, respond to client requests in a timely manner, create status and conference reports, and develop project plans and timelines.
While the primary focus of the position is project and client management other duties may include assistance with administrative duties related to new business acquisition and general agency operations.

Responsibilities:

While open to adaptation and evolution, below are the general duties associated with this position:
  • Planning and execution of assigned client projects and needs. This will include developing of project plans and schedules, proofreading, project management of internal teams and reviewing all materials relevant to client needs.
  • Coordinating and management of the needs of assigned projects. This will include handling of work requests in a timely manner, monitoring budget and research, maintaining communication (will include creating conference and status reports) both internal and external in a positive, timely and efficient manner.

Senior Brand Strategist & Copywriter

We are seeking an experienced, strategic thinker and creative writer to join our team as a Senior Brand Strategist & Copywriter. This position requires a proven track record in development of advertising campaigns, including the ability to adjust your voice to connect with a wide and diverse variety of target audiences, as well as development of campaign concepts. The Senior Brand Strategist & Copywriter is the core of the creative team for each client and project – you will develop and lead strategic concepts, key message platforms, taglines and campaign themes.
The main responsibility of the Senior Brand Strategist & Copywriter is creative copy creation, including the development of brand strategies, campaign concepts and copy for each of the TWIST clients. Position will report directly to the President, receiving Creative Direction and Mentorship from the Chief Creative Officer.

  • Messaging Across Multiple Channels: Working with the Chief Creative Officer and the creative team, the Senior Brand Strategist & Copywriter will develop advertising concepts, headlines, taglines and body copy. This will also include the planning and development of messaging schedules across channels. The Senior Brand Strategist & Copywriter will be charged with developing copy themes and key messages into scripts for broadcast, digital and traditional placements.
  • Product & Company Naming: Working with the Chief Creative Officer, the Senior Brand Strategist & Copywriter works to develop name concepts and taglines.

Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to workflow, punctuality and teamwork.

The Graphic Designer is an integral part of the creative team for each of TWIST’s projects. Position will report directly to the President, receiving creative direction and mentorship from TWIST’s Chief Brand Officer and Creative Director.
Under the direction of the Chief Brand Officer and Creative Director, you will produce and help manage client and agency projects. The Graphic Designer will contribute to, collaborate on, or drive a variety of assignments, including print, digital, broadcast, and environmental design projects. The Graphic Designer will help to give the agency’s clients a visual voice, while also managing projects and assisting with meeting and exceeding client deadlines, as well as ensuring projects are kept within allotted hours. While the primary focus of the position is graphic design, other duties may include assistance with administrative tasks related to new business acquisition and general agency operations.

Production Designer

We are seeking a Production Designer to join our growing team. The work requires a keen eye for detail, a healthy mix of creative and technical know-how, and a professional approach to workflow, punctuality and teamwork. Position will report directly to the President, receiving creative direction and mentorship from TWIST’s Chief Brand Officer and Creative Director.
Under the direction of the Chief Brand Officer and Creative Director, the Production Designer will use their creative and technical skills to execute preflight formatting, in addition to collecting, processing, checking and uploading files. A successful Production Designer must be able to work quickly but also remain extremely detail-oriented. The position requires strong typographic and layout skills, strict attention to detail, and outstanding organizational, project management, file-organization and archiving skills, in order to meet and exceed client deadlines, as well as ensure projects are kept within allotted hours.

  • Assist the Creative Team in the preparation of final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for both print and digital deliverables.
  • Provide image retouching, clipping paths and additional image manipulation
  • Package and preflight files for release to printers or media partners
  • Prepare images for online and mobile applications
  • Catalog and reference art for future projects
  • Track hours on projects weekly / daily for all projects (both assigned and unassigned projects).
  • Follow timelines and project deadlines, working alongside the account services team to ensure client expectations are met, or exceeded.
