Campo is a second-generation, family-owned roofing company built on three simple rules: work hard, keep promises, respect others. Like most homeowners, people rarely think about the state of their roof—until something leaks. In that moment, trust and reputation matter more than anything.

The Campopiano family had transformed a small roofing operation into a sophisticated sales and marketing organization, but awareness and brand perception weren’t keeping pace with their capabilities. TWIST was brought in to modernize the brand, organize the offering, and build a lead-generation system that made choosing Campo easy, reassuring, and unmistakably the right choice.

Goal

Elevate Campo from a well-regarded local roofer to a trusted, go-to home services brand; sharpen the identity; clarify consumer and commercial offerings; fuel both sides of the business with a recognizable, scalable marketing platform.

Solution

TWIST began by listening to both generations of the Campo family and the customers who trusted them. The first strategic move: officially shortening the company name from Campopiano Roofing to the name people already used: Campo. That shift unlocked a bolder identity system anchored by a confident wordmark, a striking red-and-black palette, and a clear, memorable positioning: The Home Pros.
