When the Chagrin Valley Soap and Craft Company first engaged TWIST, we delved deep into the traits that had already made this homegrown product line an internet sensation. Not only are these products wonderful, they are wonderful for you. In some cases, the soaps and skin care products have produced medical outcomes that modern medicine could not. TWIST created a new logo and identity system that presents simply and projects “100 percent natural for 100 percent natural people.” To capitalize on product benefits, TWIST recommended the name be modified to Chagrin Valley Soap & Salve.
The brand's strong organic social following was packaged for retailer pitch presentations. The results now reside on the shelves of Whole Foods.
