Redwood Apartments is disrupting the apartment living space with an innovative approach to single-story rental communities. Their product offers modern rental living without common doors and attached garages, eliminating pain points of typical multi-family properties. The value proposition is simple: all the benefits of a house without the burden of ownership.

Goal

Unite 40 properties under one cohesive brand identity and create a turnkey marketing system for their in-house team to manage growth nationally.

Solution

TWIST developed comprehensive brand strategy and positioning that captured Redwood as “The Starbucks of Single-Story Rental Communities.” The team created the tagline “Apartment Neighborhoods” to clarify the offering for potential renters and built a complete messaging platform.

TWIST delivered full brand implementation including updated logo, designed signage solutions for each property, and established brand story and key messages. The agency developed an integrated campaign with unique audience messaging, placement strategies, and content approaches.
