Overview

BIOHM had compelling science and a complex story. Its focus on both bacteria and fungi gave the brand a meaningful difference in a crowded probiotic market. But consumers needed to understand why that difference mattered. TWIST helped translate BIOHM’s scientific foundation into an approachable brand story that connected gut health with an aspiration people already understood: living a more balanced life.

Goal

Give consumers a clear reason to choose BIOHM by making its scientific difference understandable, its benefits personally relevant, and its brand recognizable across products and communications.

Brand Campaign – Balance, made visible. Sculptural arrangements of fresh foods brought the brand’s central idea to life, pairing vibrant color and playful compositions with the credibility of BIOHM’s scientific founder story.

Solution

We began with customer and brand-partner interviews, competitive research, and three audience personas. The research revealed a shared need: explain the science clearly, respect people’s time, and connect the product to their lives.

Our strategy centered on balance, expressed through the promise “Where well-being begins.” The message “Good bacteria is only half the story” introduced BIOHM’s difference, while its founder’s research supplied the deeper story.

We carried that platform into product messaging, campaign concepts, digital advertising, and a customer journey designed to move people from initial curiosity to informed consideration, purchase, and advocacy.

Results

  • A clear brand position – A unified strategy connecting BIOHM’s scientific foundation with the consumer’s desire for balance and well-being
  • A distinctive creative system – A consistent visual and verbal approach connecting the founder story, product portfolio, and consumer advertising
  • A defined customer journey – A communications roadmap matching education, product discovery, and deeper storytelling to different levels of consumer knowledge

Digital Advertising

Small bites of a bigger story. Social creative gave consumers approachable ways to explore BIOHM, using bold product imagery, playful food language, and focused messages to introduce the science and invite a closer look.
