Charged with driving job creation and capital investment throughout the state, JobsOhio connects private industry, public infrastructure, and a diverse workforce to make Ohio globally competitive. As the brand grew in complexity, scale, and visibility, it needed a partner who could bring clarity, cohesion, and breakthrough creativity to everything it touched.

Goal
To elevate and unify all aspects of JobsOhio’s marketing and brand presence—from visual identity and internal standards to public campaigns, national advertising, and investor-facing collateral. The goal was to position Ohio as a destination for talent, innovation, and business investment—across every touchpoint and audience.

We began by formalizing and modernizing the core identity. The new JobsOhio Identity Guidelines Book introduced a disciplined system for typography, color hierarchy, ADA compliance, photography, trade dress, and layout flexibility—designed to scale across internal teams, agency partners, and platforms. We then activated that system across dozens of initiatives and channels, becoming a high-touch creative partner for both evergreen brand efforts and high-impact campaign needs.
