How long does this process typically take? Is now the right time to start?

Typically, development of a brand strategy takes 6-8 weeks, however each project is different. Our team works closely with your team to determine an appropriate timeline and to make sure we hit key deadlines that you may have. Let’s discuss what your current goals are and how we can reach them.

I have my budget set for the year – how do we make sure we don’t go over budget?

Our agency works budget backward with almost all of our clients. In fact, we typically partner with our clients to develop appropriate budgets for creative, media, and execution each year. Together we can prioritize projects, budgets, and timelines.

Who will I be working with?

All agency partners participate in each project – from strategy to execution. Your day-to-day contact will be a member of our Account Services team. At a minimum you hear from our team weekly, with a detailed status report provided so that you always know where your project is, what the next steps are, and what to expect next. Great work. No surprises.

How much time should I dedicate to working with your team?

Depending on the phase of work, we recommend scheduling bi-monthly status calls to keep all teams on the path to success. We recommend including all leadership team members in key meetings, such as Discovery, Strategy Presentations, and Creative Presentations.

How soon should I start to see success?

During Discovery we define what success looks like. Success varies based on project and team and can look like everyone following the brand strategy, having the same messaging, or driving sales. Our team provides monthly reporting for media and social media so that we can track and pivot when needed.
