Year’s Up! Review of 2015.

Mike Ozan 08.01.16

2015 was a busy year. Take a quick look back at some of the highlights.

As we enter 2016, take a look back with us to some of our favorite work.

It’s International.

Yes we did. ShurTech gave us the opportunity to create an international broadcast campaign for their new all-weather DIY/contractor tape T-Rex® tape, with creative partner Authentic Films.

Everyone Has a Seat at Our Table.

Have you seen those red and white billboards around town repurposing Cleveland’s status as “One of the Best Cities for Foodies” to highlight Cleveland’s problem of poverty and hunger? They’re part of the campaign we created for The Hunger Network, one of Cuyahoga County’s most effective and efficient non-profits serving hot meals to needy people at more than 100 locations.

Go Tribe!

The iconic “Block C” came to the forefront this year in the stadium, on TV and in the hearts of the fans as a part of our campaign with the Cleveland Indians. Employing dramatic storytelling in TV and Radio, the campaign also told the fan story of a summer in the city at the newly renovated Progressive Field.

Tacos + Rum.

Partnering with the people who created Paladar Latin Kitchen + Rum Bar, we named, branded, designed the identity for and helped launch the area’s most exciting new restaurant concept, BOMBA Tacos + Rum in Rocky River. With interior design by Richardson Design, and a Latin-inspired menu that riffs off Paladar’s, BOMBA gives guests a taste of the exotic where every seat is part of the scene. More locations coming soon.

Meet Me On the Countyline.

Longtime client Select Restaurants, Inc., known locally for their premier restaurant Pier W, approached us last year about imagining, branding, creating the identity for and launching their new concept just outside Chicago. Opened in October, Countyline Tavern, blends the comfort of craft American fare with shareable plates and an impressive selection of unique beers.

And more…

This past year we developed creative assets for Embrace Pet Insurance and positioned them as the pet insurance company that loves people as much as it loves pets. We collaborated with Aramark’s Sports & Entertainment category to deliver creative on fast deadline for several key projects. And as always, we continued the work with Sisters of Charity Health System on several projects for their Cleveland foundation. Sisters of Charity is our longest held client and it has been our honor to support them as they tackle addressing the root causes of poverty.

Wheels Up!

What’s next for this year?

The Original Mattress Factory, the region’s most beloved, family-owned mattress brand came to us last year to collaborate on new creative that we can’t wait to continue in 2016. And we’re proud to announce our position as the agency of record for Bravo Wellness, the outcomes based provider with the wellness program that works.

We want to thank all of our clients for an amazing year. We are so grateful to those who have allowed us to contribute to their success and look forward to continuing the work ahead.
