Account Executive (Full Time)

TWIST is seeking an Account Executive (Full Time) to support our growing client roster. This individual will be employed as a full-time salaried employee. Location is in-person at TWIST’s Cleveland office.

The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in keeping projects moving internally and ensuring client expectations and deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills along with excellent communication and organizational skills. While the primary focus of the position is project management, the position also includes client communication and other administrative duties that support agency operations.

Job Type:  Account Executive (Full Time)

Work Location:  In-Office (Cleveland)

Pay:  Salary commensurate with experience

Schedule:  8:30A-5:00P, Mon-Fri (additional evening/weekend hours on occasion)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Combination of Education/Work Experience

Responsibilities:
– Supports the President and Account Director in developing and advancing client relationships, vendor/partner relationships, while also acting as a strategic thinker on behalf of our clients.
– Supports and manages internal and external creative team in finding solutions and moving projects toward completion, on time and on budget.
– Project management of client and agency projects, including brand strategies, advertising campaigns, photo and video shoots, media plans, public relations strategies and more.
– Communicating clear and timely updates on projects to relevant team members, including creation of status and conference reports, and developing project briefs and timelines.
– Proofreading and quality assurance, ensuring all feedback/revisions are properly implemented.
– Administrative duties as assigned in support of agency operations.

Skills:
– 2-4+ years of experience in office management, project management, or education (we can train!)

Social Media Strategist (Freelance)

TWIST is seeking a Social Media Strategist (Freelance) to assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns to support our growing client roster. This individual will be employed as a part-time independent contractor with hours determined on an as-needed basis. Location is primarily remote with the option to occasionally work in our Cleveland office.

The Social Media Strategist will have experience developing strategies, creating high-quality content, and scheduling posts across all social media platforms.  The candidate will monitor analytics, research social trends, and maintain a cohesive social strategy to achieve high levels of user engagement and client success.

Job Type:  Social Media Strategist (Freelance/Independent Contractor)

Work Location:  Remote (with opportunities to work in TWIST office)

Pay:  $50 – $75 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Schedule:  Flexible, but should be available and responsive during TWIST’s normal office hours (8:30A-5:00P EST, Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities:
– Create, manage, and publish original and high-quality content across various social media platforms
– Analyze data and metrics to create monthly reports on web traffic, user engagement, and ROI
– Manage assigned social media accounts to ensure relevant, up-to-date content
– Respond directly to comments and questions on social media posts
– Collaborate with the team to grow the client networks and target new followers

Candidates will help with the creative development and execution of marketing materials for a variety of clients and industries. Candidates must have the creative abilities to craft compelling, original, and unique designs that serve to meet client goals for success.

The main responsibility is creative copy creation across a range of deliverables such as digital ads, annual reports, social content, newsletters, landing pages, etc.
